Professional employer outsourcing is a time and money saving proposition for most businesses. HRP initially set out to establish itself as a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) to provide traditional employee leasing services. However, early on, HRP discovered that the major shortcoming of being a PEO was that it was not possible to be all things to all clients. Each PEO has certain strengths that are best suited for particular client needs and characteristics. There are ASO’s (Administrative Service Organizations) that offer traditional employer services a la carte, which in some cases are better suited for some employers. HRP has several unique workers’ compensation and ASO source relationships as well.

HRP realized that the greatest service it could offer to agents and brokers would be to assume the role of an independent, objective consultant. In this capacity, HRP concentrates on the client’s needs and unique situations, and works to determine which partner can best meet the clients’ business requirements. Unlike captive representatives, who are limited to only one organization’s offerings, HRP works closely with multiple high quality PEO and ASO partners and knows their unique strengths. After identifying the employer services that the client’s business requires, HRP will recommend the premier provider(s) to satisfy those needs. HRP’s goal is to provide one-stop win-win-win solutions.
